The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 require the client to appoint designated competent key duty holders in terms of “Principal Contractors and Principal Designers”. Through our significant experience with the CDM Regulations we are now engaged as CDM Advisors on major projects for our customers, which enables them to fulfill their duties and responsibilities.

How do we fit in?

We provide specialist bespoke advice to clients throughout the entirety of a project on all health and safety matters to ensure that all duty holders identified within the project are compliant with these regulations. The CDM Advisor ensures that effective management controls and arrangements are developed and in place for communication and cooperation on health and safety matters between all parties for the duration of the project.

Experience

Britannia MCD acted in the capacity of CDM Coordinator under 2007 (and previously Planning Supervisor under 1994) on a variety of projects within the Construction and Telecommunications Industries, this put us in a pivotal position to assist the Client in fulfilling his requirements . Varying scope of acquisition, design and build projects within the Construction, Civil Engineering and Telecommunication sectors, working with property developers and mobile telephone network providers.
